By far the most relaxing, luxurious facial we have to offer, our 70-minute Signature Facial is customised and tailored for your personal skin conditions and concerns. Step into our warm, quiet and secluded salon in the Eastern Suburbs of leafy Springfield Avenue, Potts Point.

Our newest addition of treatments to our Signature Facials features the Gernetic range. Using a combination of Genetics Marine rich products offering drainage, revitalisation, antioxidant and astringent properties, this treatment is designed to kick start sluggish winter skin. The most beautiful exfoliation process using an enzymatic massage, leaves skin as smooth as glass. The perfect solution for nutrient-deprived winter skin to deliver peptides and nutritional molecules for optimum skin health.

Once you walk through our door, the outside world disappears. Sip on one of the delicious Beauty Boosts by the Beauty Chef, while filling out a consultation form so that we can get to know your skin needs and goals. You’ll then step into our warm and welcoming treatment rooms, and get nestled into the heated treatment bed while we begin all of the pampering that our Signature Facial has to offer.

At No.13, we customise all our facials to suit the individual client’s skin needs, using carefully selected products from Gernetic and HydroPeptide. After having a chat to you about your skin, reading through your consultation form and assessing your skin visually, we gain all the information we need to perform the absolute best treatment we can for you and your skin.

The Signature Facial begins with a relaxing double cleanse all over the face and décolletage with the gentle, nourishing milk Glyco cleanser, followed by an exfoliating treatment which could include either an enzyme peel, hydrating peel or a peptide peel with apple stem cells. We then massage skin with the Marine gumming cleanser rich in oyster shell microcapsules, until dead skin cells start rolling off, leaving skin smooth and exfoliated.

Next is the firm and relaxing massage of the neck, face and décolletage. Ger Lift Treatment Cream is used designed to lift and firm skin rich in amino acids. Then Synchro, great for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits, is used over top to regenerate calm, soothe and rebalance skin. This is massaged into the face, neck and decolletage to relieve tension and increase blood flow, circulation and lymphatic flow.

The masks in our Signature Facials provide that extra hydration, calming and brightening that our skin needs in winter. In this very luxurious Signature Facial, we use two mask formulations, the first rich in seaweed essence, micronized algae, magnesium, zinc, selenium, iron and Vitamins C, B1, B2, B6 and B12, and the second is extremely calming and full of skin health nutrients.

Once we remove the mask with a cleanse using an all-natural face wash, a hot towel is applied and followed by a soothing, hydrating and firming eye cream, serum and moisturiser. Finally, sunscreen! This step should never be missed, if you’re leaving the house: sunscreen on. It’s an every day essential.
